This past week has been both physically intense and incredibly rewarding. I’ve had the opportunity to help build the new bike park at Nesfjellet, and it’s been great to be part of a project that will soon welcome riders of all levels – from families and beginners to experienced mountain bikers.
In the afternoons, I’ve kept up with dryland training sessions every day. As an alpine skier, this is a crucial part of preparing for the season. Strength, balance, and endurance all get a solid boost during this phase.
This Sunday, I’m heading up to Juvass for ski training. According to the forecast on Yr, full winter conditions are on the way next week – and I can’t wait to get back on snow and work on my technique again!
On top of all that, I’m also close to finalizing some exciting new partnership deals this week. I’m looking forward to sharing more about that soon.
Thanks for following along – whether you're into skiing, biking, or just curious about life as a dedicated athlete, I appreciate the support!
