Even though it’s summer in the lowlands, everything I do right now is about winter. The goal is clear: to be as prepared as possible for the first Europa Cup races this fall.
Next week, I’m heading to Juvass for a new on-snow training block. These are valuable days focused on technical work and refining movement and balance – rebuilding the feel on skis after a period of dryland. After Juvass, we continue straight to SNØ – the year-round indoor ski dome just outside Oslo. Having access to consistent snow training in Norway during summer is a huge advantage.
This summer has been packed with structured dryland training – strength, endurance, explosiveness, and mobility. At the same time, I’ve been working at Nesfjellet Golf. It gives me a nice balance in everyday life, and it also helps support my athletic journey financially.
Combining physical training, work, and snow camps is demanding – but that’s exactly what it takes. Right now, everything is about preparation, structure, and long-term development.
📍 Up next: Juvass and SNØ
🎯 Goal: Be ready for the Europa Cup season opener
Thanks to my coaches, sponsors, and everyone who supports me – and thank you for following my journey. I’ll be posting regular updates here on the blog.
